Chairman/CEO (Executive Member)
As chairman of the board of directors and founder of Syed Group Of Companies, Mr.Syed Raheel Shahzad leads the company with his extensive experience in the field. He studied Computing and Business Administration prior to founding Syed Group Of Companies in 2009. Mr. Syed Raheel Shahzad continuously invests in enriching his business knowledge not only through his active involvement in the company but also by attending programs at the London Business School and other leading educational institutions.
The Syed Group is led by its Managing director, Syed Ali Hassan, under the responsibility of its Deputy chair, Miss Parizay. Several times a year, a board of directors meets to determine the Company’s focus and to ensure that it is managed correctly.
Led by Syed Raheel Shehzad, chair of the The Syed group, this board of directors is made up of a group of founding members, Syed Group representatives and independent figures. Its 12 members meet at least twice a year to discuss the results and objectives presented by the Syed Group of Companies’s Managing director.
Fahad Saddique
Director/Operations Head
M-phil of Economics from Lahore University of Management LUMS, year 2005-2006. He is working with this company since February 2009.He was promoted as Director on February 22, 2013 and inducted on the Board of Directors of the company and serving to date in capacity as director on company’s board. His designation in company is head of operations with additional charge as chief financial officer.
Syed Ali Hassan
Executive Member & Vice President
Mr. Syed Ali HAssan is the company’s Vice President. He was born in 1975 and studied Economics at Athens University of Economics and Business. Ηe has been working in the IT sector since 1996. In 2010 he joined Syed Group of Industries and has been a member of its Top Management team from 2013 until now. Khalid Bin Almarzooqi

Mr. Khalid Muhammed Bin Abdullah Almarzooqi is the Chief Executive Officer for Humaima Group. Mr. Almazooqi’s other Board memberships include Dubai International Financial Center as well as the International Humanitarian City. Mr. Almazooqi’s professional and vocational qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance and a Master’s degree in International Business Management.
MS. Pareezay
Director/ Marketing Head
Ms. Pareezay completed her graduation (Bachelor of Science (Honors)) from Lahore University of Management Sciences in the year 2010 and post-graduation (MBA) from INSEAD in the year 2016. Currently serving as Head of Marketing of Syed Group Pakistan, she has also held various positions in Many Reputed Companies all over the world
MR. Ajay Mathoor
Director/International Relations
Mr. Ajay Mathoor is the Director and Head Of International Relations. He Has M-phil in International Relation. He has held Various Positions In International Market with World Leading Companies. He poses a vast experience as international relation officer more than 14 years and as director of a brokerage of more than 10 years.
Syed Nadeem
Director/ Travel
Mr. Syed Nadeem member of the Board of Directors. He was born in Athens in 1956 and graduated from the Department of Economics at the Athens University in 1979. He received an MA (1983) and a Ph.D.(1988) from Virginia Tech. He is currently Management Head of Expedia Center which id subsidy Company of The syed Group. He Has Almost 35 Years Experience in Travel Field.
Fareed Iqbal Awan
Director/Real Estate
Mr. Fareed Iqbal Awan holds the position of General Manager. He was born in 1961 and studied Civil Engierining from UET Texala, he has worked in the Real Estate industry and since 2009 has been working at The Syed Group Of Industries.
DR. Maheen Rahman
Director/ Financial Consultant
She is the director of the company since its inception in 2010 and is holding the office of company’s Accounts Department. She holds a vast experience of Finance of more than 15 year as Auditor also she has done doctorate in finance.
Micheal Durotawo
Director/ Sales
Mr. Micheal Duratawo is the Regional Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors. He was born in 1978 and studied Business Administration at the University of Piraeus. He has been working at The Syed Group since 2010 and has been a valuable and active member and successful manager of Sales
